MMEC-sponsored Fabrication Fellowships
Program Goals:
• Hands-on research experience in the Nanotech West Lab cleanroom on wide bandgap technologies
• Direct training from experienced staff
• Covering all processing areas, working as a team to develop and maintain critical process flows for GaN HEMT and related device technologies
• Electrical characterization and analysis on processed samples to validate epitaxy and process control
• Working to help expedite new capability development with MMEC-funded equipment
• Processing availability to aid in external projects requiring cleanroom processes
