Mark Stasik
Facility and Operations Specialist
Mark focuses on maintaining rooftop and mechanical room equipment that enable the center's dry rooms to reach optimal dewpoint levels. He also oversees hazardous waste, shipping and receiving, cleaning, and other activities that keep the labs running.

Qingmin works closely with academic and industry partners to lead battery cell R&D, advancing, and scaling up next-generation battery technologies.

Laboratory Process Coordinator – Epitaxy
Aaron supports MOCVD epitaxy tool maintenance and processes, Dicing Saw, AFM and various Nanofab activities. He is also responsible for new user orientation and safety.

Kavya supports semiconductor- and polymer-based micro/nano-device fabrication and characterization. She specializes in plasma etching and atomic layer deposition, user training, process development, troubleshooting, and equipment stability monitoring.

Chris keeps the performance of Nanotech West Lab’s photolithography equipment and processes in check, monitoring process results using the cleanroom’s suite of metrology tools and conducting maintenance on equipment in and around the photolithography bay.

Lab Supervisor
Keith has extensive experience in photolithographic processing and thin film vacuum coating deposition. Keith’s primary responsibilities include overseeing NTW’s cleanroom operations and training its users in photolithography and e-beam evaporation.

Pete supports the equipment at Nanotech West Lab. This includes lab equipment and facility support.
Travis Foster
Equipment Technician
Travis supports the maintenance and processing of MOCVD epitaxy tools, as well as AFM and XRD characterization of grown thin films. He also assists with the maintenance and upkeep of the process gas delivery system.
