Members of Technical Staff
Members of Technical Staff are IMR employees assigned to select research facilities on OSU’s Columbus campus as part of our research enhancement efforts. We currently have three Members of Technical Staff to assist researchers at the Nanotech West Laboratory and the ENCOMM NanoSystems Laboratory.
Aimee Bross, Senior Research Associate, specializes in electron beam lithography and scanning electron microscopy.
John Carlin, Ph.D., Research Scientist, specializes in atomic layer deposition and metal organic chemical vapor deposition.
Denis V. Pelekhov, Ph.D., Research Scientist, specializes in focused ion beam/scanning electron microscopy, x-ray diffractometry, and SQUID magnetometry.
