- Third Frontier Project’s New Research & Development Center Cost Share Program (NRDC): The State of Ohio’s Department of Development released the revised FY207 Request for Proposals for the New Research & Development Center Cost Share Program (NRDC). The announcement states,“The immediate purpose of the New Research and Development Center Cost Share Program (NRDC) is to enhance Ohio’s ability to attract new, national and international R&D Centers to Ohio.”
