Dr. Robert Chau is an internationally known and distinguished researcher at Intel Corporation, where he is the Director of Transistor Research and Nanotechnology and an Intel Senior Fellow. He will give a lecture entititled “Research and Advancement in Nanotechnology and Nanoelectronics in the Semiconductor Industry” to be held on Friday August 31, 2007 from 3:00 to 4:00pm in Scott Laboratory Room E001, with a light reception to follow.
